For those days when you want a refreshing, cold drink to abate the heat, here's a delicious smoothie to cool you off!
Ingredients:
1 cup pitted black cherries
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1 6oz raspberry Chobani yogurt (or any raspberry flavored yogurt - Fage, Noosa, Dannon)
1 cup cubed or crushed ice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend together until throughly mixed and all ice bits are finely pulsed. Pour into glass of choice, find a quiet spot and enjoy!
